Article 1: Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Pamela Pollock, LLC dba Dare to Dream. A “Client” is defined as any natural or legal person placing an order with Pamela Pollock, LLC dba Dare to Dream that has been validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.
Article 1a: Age limit
Age restrictions apply: Pamela Pollock, LLC dba Dare to Dream only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars).
We make reasonable efforts to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not harmful or inappropriate, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any newsletter subscriber who does not meet these age criteria (over 16) will be immediately deleted from our database once identified. Likewise, any client who does not meet these criteria will be immediately reimbursed, and the return of the product(s) concerned will be required.
Article 2: Order
Any order placed on a site belonging to Pamela Pollock, LLC dba Dare to Dream implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 3: Price
Prices are indicated in U.S. dollars (USD), all taxes included, excluding shipping and handling fees. Prices may be changed at any time; however, the price applied to an order will be the one shown at the time the order was placed.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-ordered products.
Payment may be made by credit card. Cards issued by U.S. banks are accepted; for clients outside the U.S., international bank cards (Visa or Mastercard) are required.
Secure online payment by credit card is made through Stripe, Inc. The information transmitted is encrypted according to industry standards and cannot be read during transfer over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.
Article 5: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified when placing your order (please pay particular attention to the spelling of the address and especially the postal code). The risks are your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products leave our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.
Article 6: Refunds and cancellations
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales of digital products are final and no refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or made accessible.
For physical products, clients may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
For services (including coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars), cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, but we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future service.
Pamela Pollock, LLC dba Dare to Dream reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations in cases of abuse or misuse of our services.
Article 7: Protection of personal data
We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
By adhering to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you acknowledge having read our Privacy Policy and consent to our collection and use of your personal data.
By entering your email address on one of our sites, you agree to receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning products published by Pamela Pollock, LLC dba Dare to Dream or by partner companies. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the end of our emails. This link is preceded by the words: “To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:”
Article 8: Force majeure
Pamela Pollock, LLC dba Dare to Dream shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, pandemics, telecommunications or internet outages, or any other event of force majeure.
In such cases, obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, without liability for damages.
Article 9: Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
